Job Summary
Partner with powersports dealerships across South Texas to strengthen relationships, expand influence, and enhance dealer profitability. Develop strategies driving retail sales growth, increase market share, and support district objectives by assessing performance and optimizing inventory stocking profiles. Lead showroom merchandising, accessorizing, and point-of-purchase strategies while delivering training on product knowledge and sales processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement branding standards, support traffic generation, and resolve dealer or customer issues through effective communication. Prospect opportunities for market development and dealer upgrades to strengthen the network. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales, retail sales, dealership, sales administration, distribution, customer service, or related experience
- Knowledge of distribution network strategies and retail business operations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage profitability and productivity data to support business decisions and dealer recommendations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software systems
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on with dealerships and products as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory, including customer visits, meetings, events, and occasional travel to remote or corporate locations
