Job Summary
District Property Manager for a 248-unit multifamily community in Kansas City; will act as the owner's on-site representative, direct construction crews and vendors, oversee unit turns and renovations, monitor leasing performance, pricing, occupancy and collections, lead and support property staff, conduct frequent site walks, identify risks and escalate strategic decisions, and assist with reporting, forecasting, and performance updates related to refinance and capital objectives. Strong emphasis on ownership mindset, accountability, and delivering results across asset operations and capital programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in multifamily property management
- experience directing construction and capital improvements
- experience as owner’s representative or on-site leadership
- bilingual preferred
