Job Summary
District Personal Training Manager responsible for driving sales performance, team development, and operational excellence of Personal Training across multiple Crunch Fitness locations. Oversees recruitment, training, and coaching of PT teams to exceed revenue targets, analyzes performance data to create action plans, conducts site visits and audits, leads district-wide initiatives to improve client conversion, retention, and satisfaction, and supports new club openings with onboarding and training. Emphasizes accountability, sales strategy, leadership development, and cross-site collaboration to fuel district growth and deliver exceptional member experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-site leadership experience in the fitness industry
- Proven success in personal training sales, revenue growth, and hitting KPIs
- Strong ability to analyze and drive performance across multiple clubs
- Skilled in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing PT teams
- Track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Comfortable coaching teams on closing techniques and sales accountability
- Ability to interpret sales and performance data to create action plans
