Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of under 10 Papa John's restaurants, overseeing General Managers, teams, and guests while driving operational excellence, people-first culture, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities include store visits, performance reviews, coaching conversations, and P&L deep dives; manage brand compliance, health and safety, and customer satisfaction metrics; build a leadership pipeline, coach GMs to lead independently, and ensure delivery of strong guest experiences through empowered teams. The role emphasizes field leadership, hands-on operations, and the ability to travel regularly within the region to optimize performance and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in QSR or pizza/delivery
- Hands-on P&L experience with a track record of hitting performance targets
- A coaching mindset — you measure your success by how well your GMs perform
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to travel regularly between locations within your region
- A genuine passion for hospitality and for the people doing the work every day
