Job Summary
Administer safety programs, ensure job-site compliance, and coordinate schedules with customers while assigning technicians and managing equipment orders. Support sales by reviewing scopes, assessing profit risk, and controlling project expenses. Provide leadership for the technician team through coaching, training support, and annual performance reviews. Oversee call-in quotes, maintain customer relationships to identify service opportunities, and resolve issues via on-site visits. Generate pull-through repair opportunities, monitor inventory, and provide technical guidance on projects without engineering plans. Submit weekly reports on job status, revenue, and warranty recovery to the District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree OR relevant experience paired with a technical/trade school HVAC certification
- 2-4 years of people leadership experience
- Knowledge of HVAC system types, application methods, and operational performance within commercial and industrial projects
