Job Summary
District Operations Manager at Daikin Applied overseeing safety programs, project management, and service-operations for the district. Responsible for administering safety, supporting sales through estimation and quotes, approving scope and labor/material content, managing project timelines, coordinating with customers, supervising technicians, coordinating equipment/material orders, ensuring proper customer signoffs, overseeing call-in work quotations, maintaining maintenance contracts and inspections, generating pull-through service, leading customer care initiatives, and providing weekly status and revenue/warranty reports to the District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 6-8+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
- 4+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy saving solutions
- Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units
