Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across 4+ locations, supervising 40-60 Sales Associates and 4+ Store Managers while driving sales goals and profitability. Travel to stores via assigned company vehicle to audit transactions, correct improper sales techniques, and ensure labor hours and coverage meet service levels. Review store schedules, verify payroll accuracy, compile commission data, and participate in two monthly store meetings. Address maintenance issues to minimize equipment downtime, uphold cleanliness standards, and professionally report employee conflicts to HR or the Director of Operations. Collaborate with store management to develop robust leadership teams, organize team-building activities, and support approved marketing campaigns. Maintain a clean driving record and flexibility to work a 40-hour week including nights, weekends, and travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including possible nights, weekends, and travel. While training new staff, there may be occasions where more than 40 hours are needed temporarily.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- 4+ years of related industry or retail experience
- 6+ months of managing multiple retail sites and a history of revenue increases
