Job Summary
Coordinate daily office functions and operations for District Operations; serve as a resource and assist with communication to families and staff; schedule and track van certification; manage fleet software for scheduling bus repairs and inventory; assist with fiscal budget tracking including requisitions for departments; assist with RFI red light violation software; manage database systems for contracts, staffing, and agreements; monitor state and federal reporting for compliance and assist with reporting; support onboarding of operations staff; maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Experience with Microsoft and Google systems
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Additional education and experience preferred
