Job Summary
Provide comprehensive medical and community health services to the Carnarvon/Exmouth Health Service and remote communities. Deliver clinical leadership, supervision, training, and education while developing skills for safe, effective, and quality clinical service. Manage rotating roster emergency department work, ward-based care, and GP outreach clinics alongside nonclinical time. Collaborate with Remote Area Nurses, Allied Health staff, and Aboriginal Liaison Officers within a multidisciplinary team. Receive guidance from Senior Medical Officers and access to resident specialists via telehealth for rapid care coordination. This role supports the Midwest/Gascoyne region's population of 9,277 through modern, purpose-built health campuses in Carnarvon and Exmouth.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ahpra General or Specialist Registration
