Job Summary

District Manager, Women’s Health Sales leads a 4-6 person team (Senior CFSs to ASRs) across the DFW territory to grow Natera’s Women’s Health Prenatal and Hereditary Cancer products. Responsibilities include achieving and exceeding sales goals, developing territory and account action plans to close competitive accounts, cross-selling all Women’s Health products, increasing physician utilization, building product and UX expertise, applying established sales processes (e.g., Janek), planning and prioritizing work, coaching and developing staff, recruiting and retaining talent, collaborating with Strategic Account Managers and Medical Directors to close new business, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (Sunshine Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback) and HIPAA/PHI privacy training. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, data analysis, and proficient use of PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, Gmail, Concur, and Qliksense. OTE range is $195k–$225k USD for the first year, with a base salary plus commissions, car allowance, and RSUs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, Women’s Health Preferred.
  • Trained on a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.
