Job Summary
District Manager responsible for executing Wendy's Way in company restaurants, leading operational performance, financial performance, and people development. The role conducts restaurant evaluations, develops action plans to deliver A level operations, ensures food safety and regulatory compliance, drives profitability through management of food, labor, costs and cash, partners with HR and Training to sustain growth, supports new restaurant openings, collaborates cross-functionally on projects, and coaches teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Requires experience in multi-unit operations, P&L responsibility, supervisory leadership, and strong communication and relationship-building skills; mastery of driving performance and culture within a restaurant organization (England/UK).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Master's Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, including experience in P&L management of multi-unit operators
- Supervisory role in geographically dispersed restaurant organization
- Strong influencing, consulting and communication skills; leadership and accountability
