Job Summary

Develop district-level growth and staffing plans aligned with regional strategy while anticipating future capacity needs and operational risks. Review district P&L performance, margins, and cost structures to drive initiatives that improve profitability, productivity, and revenue quality. Recruit, develop, and retain Territory Managers and high-potential leaders by establishing performance standards, coaching rhythms, and succession plans. Ensure consistent execution of technical standards, service models, and client experience expectations across territories while providing structural guidance to resolve issues. Coordinate with corporate resources including Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Services, and Operations to leverage GWT capabilities, and support regional leadership in integrating acquired teams and client portfolios. Travel frequently throughout the district to support Territory Managers and client relationships, with flexibility for overnight travel and work outside standard hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–20+ years of progressive experience in water treatment, energy services, industrial services, or a related technical field
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-team or multi-territory operations with direct accountability for operational performance and financial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of industrial water treatment systems including boilers, cooling towers, closed-loop systems, and water safety programs
  • Proven ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing leaders and technical professionals in a field-based organization
  • Track record of improving client retention, service quality, and team performance in complex operating environments
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership and problem solving
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline
  • Certified Water Technologist (CWT) or similar credential
