Job Summary

Lead store teams to deliver consistent business results, ensuring accountability for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Collaborate across departments to align district performance with company goals and develop strong talent pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Analyze district performance using data tools like PowerBi to identify challenges and execute action plans for underperforming locations. Navigate operational complexity by aligning priorities, managing resources, and maintaining brand and operational standards while creating an inclusive work culture. Communicate effectively at all levels to influence, engage, and drive alignment. Ability to travel regularly to stores within assigned area.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of District Management experience
  • responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing store managers
  • driving sales and profitability
  • ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaborations across functions
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage complexity with confidence
  • Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems
  • Ability to travel regularly to stores within assigned area

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Background in specialty retail or the apparel industry
