Job Summary

Collaborate across departments to align district performance with company goals and develop strong talent pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Analyze district performance using data tools like PowerBi to identify challenges and execute action plans for underperforming locations. Navigate operational complexity by aligning priorities, managing resources, and maintaining brand and operational standards while creating an inclusive work culture. Communicate effectively at all levels to influence, engage, and drive alignment. Ability to travel regularly to stores within assigned area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of District Management experience
