Job Summary
Lead the sales team to achieve company objectives and market share growth within agreed budgets and time scales. Consolidate reported feedback to develop customized action plans in cooperation with the team. Manage business relationships with stakeholders and HCPs in the territory, ensuring well-defined development plans for key customers. Guide and coach the team to improve efficiency through unlocking potential, while overseeing training, coaching, and counseling via regular field visits. Adhere to core values and highest compliance standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or Science with minimum five years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Includes medical insurance, travel allowances, and competitive incentive plans.
