Develop high-performing General Managers, drive profitability through labor, food, and controllable costs, and close operational gaps through budgeting and financial analysis. Be an engaged, visible leader who coaches teams, builds accountability, and maintains high emotional intelligence. Drive growth through local marketing, catering, and community involvement, owning the market and delivering sustained sales growth while communicating effectively with hourly staff up to executive leadership.
