Job Summary
Lead 5-10 restaurants by supervising General Managers to meet budgeted labor and purchase goals while driving sales over last year's achievement. Provide hands-on operational leadership, ensuring correct procedures are followed, maintaining top-notch cleanliness, and executing strict food safety and security policies. Coach and train managers on operational excellence, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain aggressive staffing levels. Model appropriate skills and behaviors to support new managerial employees and respond to immediate customer service needs within your designated travel area.
Required Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building skills
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- High School or GED
- 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees
- Proven ability to simultaneously drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
- Travel within designated area
