Job Summary
District Manager oversees 3–7 Taco John’s locations within the district, driving operational excellence, developing and coaching restaurant leaders, and ensuring brand standards, safety, and compliance across units. Responsibilities include managing district-level P&L, optimizing labor and inventory, driving same-store sales growth and EBITDA, and leading recruitment, performance reviews, and leadership development for General Managers and Assistant Managers. The role requires building a high-performing team, maintaining guest satisfaction, executing company initiatives, and traveling within the assigned market to ensure consistent operations and brand execution. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with equivalent work experience, and 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit QSR or fast casual restaurant operations are sought; travel and a valid driver’s license are required.
