Job Summary
District Manager responsible for driving revenue growth, client development, and operational excellence across a district of branch locations. Partners with Branch Managers to develop and execute district-level sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, coach and develop branch leadership, monitor KPIs and financial performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and travel between branches and client sites. Requires leadership experience in staffing/workforce solutions, strong relationship-building, coaching and retention, and proficiency with CRM/Microsoft Office; able to balance sales growth with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or business-related degree preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience within staffing and workforce solutions, sales, or multi-unit operations management
- Proven experience managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving operational performance
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to travel frequently between branch locations and customer sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM/database systems
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
