Job Summary
District Manager responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth for a specific geographic area. Develop and implement sales strategies for new and active/inactive client accounts, coordinate with field management on sales activities, and achieve profit targets while handling 4000-5000 billable hours per branch. Requires developing account plans, conducting sales calls (independently and with branch staff), negotiating pricing, and partnering with branch and HQ staff to drive pipeline and close deals across key accounts; strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, plus travel to various locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or equivalent business experience preferred
- At least 3 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches.
