Job Summary
Lead district operations by promoting a safety-first culture, ensuring strict compliance, and achieving Zero Harm through field visits and coaching. Oversee delivery and service execution, including installations, leak checks, and emergency response, while coordinating logistics to minimize customer churn. Manage the workforce by recruiting, mentoring, and approving employee time, driving performance through communication with area leaders and frontline teams. Optimize resources to improve efficiency, manage seasonal needs, and control controllable expenses like overtime. Ensure fleet and infrastructure compliance to maximize equipment uptime and meet operational goals. This role requires 5 years of operational management experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred, with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000. Based onsite in Windham, ME, with travel to satellite offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of operational management experience
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in the propane industry is strongly preferred
- Relevant experience includes: waste management, pest control, construction, trucking
- Ability to manage, analyze and interpret multiple P&L statements
- High level of customer-facing experience
- Supervision and development of others
- Conflict resolution training is helpful
- Experience managing field personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Highly motivated, professional individuals
- Ability to travel in local market as needed
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required

- This position requires working onsite in the Windham, ME service center
- Travel to satellite offices will also be required
