Job Summary
District Manager role based in Madrid overseeing VF stores across Madrid, Andalucía, and Portugal. Leads Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, and KPI objectives, ensures brand expression, stellar customer experience, and operational excellence. Responsible for inventory accuracy, compliance (health and safety, labor law, security, audits), VM quality, and execution of marketing initiatives. Partners with HR and Training for leadership development, conducts regular performance reviews, and champions an inclusive, people-first culture while coordinating cross-functional activities with HQ functions to drive store performance across multiple brands. Requires availability to travel internationally and reside in Madrid.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of retail leadership experience including multi-site responsibility
- Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational results
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Data-driven decision maker with business acumen
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple locations while executing
