Job Summary
District Manager position in South Texas responsible for overseeing 100+ floral retail locations with emphasis on profitability, strategic planning, and field execution. Core duties include managing P&L, budgeting, inventory/control optimization, developing business plans, driving growth opportunities, mentoring Field Supervisors, recruiting and training talent, and maintaining strong relationships with store leaders and floral accounts. Requires multi-location management experience, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, proficiency in Excel/Microsoft tools, and willingness to travel across South Texas; open availability including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- People management experience as a Field supervisor
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Working experience in Excel and Microsoft
