Job Summary
Lead operations across 3-5 Quick Service Restaurant locations with hands-on leadership, working directly alongside GM reports and teams. Manage drive-through performance, coach staff, and ensure all menu items are handled correctly through personal involvement in the kitchen. Maintain business acumen to drive results while adhering to a schedule of 8a-8p or 11a-11p shifts, including weekends and holidays. This role requires a strong work ethic and positive attitude within a competitive base salary up to 90, supported by performance bonuses, health benefits, and 15 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- QSR leadership in your recent background
- A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
- A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants
- significant drive-through experience
- Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
- Hands-on leadership style
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
- availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays
- days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p
