Job Summary
District Manager of Operations overseeing 6-8 Dunkin' restaurants with a focus on driving strong operational standards for high quality food, while recruiting, hiring, and developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences to create top line sales and traffic growth. Responsible for building and modeling Quality Brand Group's culture, ensuring each restaurant meets Dunkin’ standards of operational excellence and profitability. Role requires leading and mentoring store-level leaders, evaluating KPIs, and driving financial performance (COGs, labor, controllables) with an emphasis on HR, training, and cross-location coordination. Requires daily travel between store locations, a minimum 50-hour work week, and strong communication and financial-management skills.
