Job Summary
Drive multi-unit leadership for restaurant managers by ensuring adherence to food quality, facility cleanliness, and service procedures while attaining financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service, and facility processes. Monitor daily operating numbers against budgets, strategically identify sales and profit trends, and implement action plans to improve results. Conduct high-impact visits to observe operations, evaluate guest experiences via reports and relations calls, and coach management on food safety, speed of service, and problem resolution. Manage employee relations, resolve ethics calls, and oversee training for internal and external management candidates. Promote the brand in the local community by networking with leaders and representing the company at events. This role requires 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience and involves approximately 85%-90% travel to restaurants and business locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Impactful Restaurant Multi-Unit Leadership experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative management skills
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related business software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel to restaurants and other business locations approximately 85%-90% of time
