Job Summary
Develop new business and expand existing accounts with physicians, hospitals, and outpatient facilities by establishing relationships and educating customers through presentations and literature. Execute an annual business plan to meet and exceed projected sales goals for peripheral intervention devices, including stents, catheters, and filters. Maintain timely expense reports, participate in regional sales exhibits, and strictly adhere to safety requirements while traveling overnight as needed. Hold a valid driver's license and be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle and lifting 20 to 50 lbs. Work effectively across various levels of the global organization with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must travel overnight as needed
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle on a regular basis
- Must be a holder of a valid driver's license
- Must be in good standing to legally operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to frequently lift product sample cases, weighing between 20 and 50 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally stand for extended periods
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must have close visual acuity for working with computers
- Must be able to work under general office environmental conditions
- Must be able to occasionally stand; walk and stoop, kneel or crouch
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in problem solving
- Experience in working independently with little direct supervision
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
