Job Summary
Lead an engaged team of customer-facing hourly employees by recruiting, motivating, and coaching them on sales strategies and service standards. Manage physical assets including repair, maintenance, vendor relations, and cleaning protocols while overseeing delinquent tenant processes to reduce auction rates and improve retention. Conduct monthly property audits to ensure operational standards and safety compliance are met. Drive business growth using analytics to identify trends and implement district-specific strategies. Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain a welcoming environment. Requires weekend availability during peak season and occasional travel to other markets.
Required Qualifications
- Relocation: future relocation ability is very important for growth. Successful applicants will have the ability to relocate for lateral and promotional opportunities.
- Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of non-exempt employees in a retail, service, hospitality or related industry.
- Proven track record of top tier performance.
- Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Weekend availability by telephone.
- 6 work weekends (Saturday or Sunday, not both) per year required during peak season
- Occasional travel required to other markets for support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
