Job Summary
Lead, develop, and motivate a multi-unit team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management, delinquency reduction, property audits, and safety compliance. Use analytics to identify trends and implement district-wide strategies, coaching staff in customer service and sales approaches, and ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and team members. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of non-exempt employees
- Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Weekend availability by telephone
- Occasional travel required to other markets for support
