Job Summary
District Manager leading a multi-unit portfolio in the self-storage sector, responsible for recruiting, motivating, and developing a frontline customer-facing team; coaching on customer service and sales strategies; managing physical assets, vendor relationships, and maintenance; overseeing delinquent tenant processes including auctions; conducting monthly property audits and ensuring safety/compliance; driving business growth through analytics and execution of district-level strategies; delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a well-maintained, welcoming environment; strong emphasis on communication with customers, colleagues, and team members; requires relocation flexibility, weekend availability, and occasional travel; Bachelor's degree preferred; proficient in MS Office tools and a track record of top-tier performance.
Required Qualifications
