Job Summary
District Manager to lead and develop a multi-unit portfolio, drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer service, coach front-line employees, manage assets, vendor relationships, and delinquent tenant processes, while leveraging analytics to grow the business and meet company goals. Requires leadership experience across retail/service/hospitality, strong communication, budgeting and audit skills, and willingness to relocate for growth; Bachelor's degree preferred. Mon-Fri schedule with occasional travel; base plus bonus and stock program included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of non-exempt employees
- Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Weekend availability by telephone
- Occasional travel required to other markets for support
