Job Summary
District Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and operating the district field sales force and agent network in Chicago, with full P&L accountability. Lead a team of Sales Representatives and Territorial Manager to grow revenue, increase market share, and build a productive agent network by selling ancillary services (e.g., check cashing, money orders, bill payment, prepaid products) to consumers. Develop and execute strategic district plans, set goals, train staff, and utilize CRM tools to support growth; role requires Spanish-language proficiency and strong communication/organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of relevant education and experience (experience in banking or finance)
- must have industry experience within the payment and money transfer services
- must have advanced skills in speaking and reading Spanish
- must have excellent communications and organizational skills, along with the ability to fully utilize CRM software and be proficient in other technologies
