Job Summary
District Manager responsible for maximizing the assigned district’s revenue and cash flow growth through people, processes and planning; lead an obsessive guest-experience initiative to exceed guest expectations; provide leadership and vision to district management staff; oversee talent acquisition, development, and training in collaboration with the training team; mentor franchisee owners and GMs; ensure adherence to food safety, policies, and regulatory requirements; develop and execute focused sales and marketing plans; monitor cafe-level operational and guest service standards; manage P&L and drive sustainable growth across multiple cafes with travel to corporate and franchise locations as needed; cultivate a collaborative, performance-driven culture and champion brand values while ensuring ongoing staff development and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of progressive related experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive management experience
- P&L capability and sales/marketing skills
- Strong inventory planning and management skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and guest-experience focus
- Flexible, adaptive management style with experience across a large geographically decentralized portfolio
- Travel willingness to cover corporate and franchise locations
