Job Summary
Lead multiple salon locations in the St. Louis Area by driving membership growth, retail sales, and overall profitability. Conduct regular store visits focused on coaching Salon Directors, ensuring operational standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Monitor payroll, inventory, and labor costs while utilizing business analytics to identify opportunities and solve challenges. Recruit, develop, and retain future leaders through one-on-one coaching and succession planning. Present district performance trends and action plans to senior leadership. Requires multi-unit leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel regularly. Base salary starts at $65,000 with total compensation reaching up to $90,000.

- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned district
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- Retail, sales, hospitality, fitness, beauty, wellness, restaurant, or service industry leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing KPIs, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational performance
