Job Summary
Develop and enhance district sales performance to meet annual Company sales and market share objectives in the NYC Metro area. Implement the district sales strategy through the team while developing solid customer relationships with key executives and decision makers. Conduct account reviews, monitor product usage, and provide regular feedback to direct reports to address performance gaps. Recruit and retain top talent, applying appropriate coaching styles to maximize team performance and professional development. Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets and ensure compliance with all applicable company policies. Travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight trips, and reside within the district geography.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills
- Prior successful pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management District Manager experience
- Ability to travel 60-70%
- Must reside in district geography
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must possess an acceptable driving record
- Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English
