Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for supervising General Managers and company restaurants, focusing on improving operations, sales, profits, and employee development. Essential duties include overseeing the staffing of restaurants, enforcing labor laws, ensuring profitability through financial controls, and actively coaching teams to enhance service quality. The role requires effective communication with leadership regarding business performance, maintaining company standards, and driving area sales. Candidates must have strong restaurant management experience, technology skills, and be able to manage a team effectively.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification
- 1+ years ‘above store’ restaurant management experience in operations or 2+ years’ experience as CTM and 2+ years’ experience in restaurant operations as General Manager
- Demonstrated restaurant operations experience
- Ability to interview, hire, and train employees
- Proven success in driving sales and increasing brand loyalty
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
