Job Summary
District Manager oversees multiple Evergreen Goodwill retail stores in the North Region (Bellingham, Mt. Vernon, Sedro-Woolley) with accountability for operational leadership, KPI performance, budgets, and staff development. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, achieving sales and donation/merchandising goals, supervising Store Managers and Assistant Managers, collaborating across Logistics, People & Culture, Finance, Asset Protection and Marketing, ensuring donor and customer experiences align with the mission, and traveling between district locations to support operations and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 4–6 years of multi-unit retail management experience required.
- Demonstrated success building and leading teams, improving store performance, and delivering operational excellence.
