Job Summary
District Manager for New England responsible for a district of stores, leading teams to align with brand values, driving top-line sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Build and mentor store management, develop and implement recruitment and training strategies, reduce turnover, and partner with HR and Learning & Development to ensure skill transfer on the job. Drive district P&L, cost control, budget adherence, and loss-prevention programs while maintaining brand standards. Coordinate with merchandising and home-office partners on regional product direction, visual standards, and seasonal campaigns. Lead with a strong emphasis on leadership development, performance management, and cultivating an entrepreneurial, guest-focused store culture across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years retail management experience
- College degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
