Job Summary
District Manager responsible for leading the growth of Learning Care Group’s multi-site childcare operations within a district serving Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Oversees School Directors to achieve financial and compliance targets, license adherence, safety standards, and curriculum implementation. Travels onsite to assigned schools at least 75% of working time to coach Directors, monitor licensing, safety, and facilities, conduct safety audits, support accreditation and education programs, recruit and develop talent, and drive enrollment through local marketing and partnerships. Ensures high-quality learning environments and customer satisfaction while modeling professional conduct and promoting a positive company image. Requires strong leadership, budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively; includes travel (~75%), leadership of Directors and Assistant Directors, and collaboration with Education and Accreditation teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state licensing requirements for the District Manager position
- Must meet all standards and requirements relating to education and experience as set by the state and accreditation agent
- Must be able to drive and successfully meet Company and state background checks
