District Manager-Nationwide

Lead multi-million-dollar sales volumes in a multi-site environment to maximize sales, gross margin, and inventory turns. Oversee compliance of Store Managers with established policies, HR practices, security, and safety standards by performing required audits. Manage expenses, payroll budgets, and long-range goals while developing store managers through coaching to drive key performance indicators. Coordinate new store openings and closings, resolve operational issues affecting service and productivity, and inspect premises for security and code compliance. Review operational reports to monitor profitability and develop strategic solutions for business challenges. This nationwide role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of retail management experience, and significant travel to all markets within the designated district.
