Job Summary
Recruit, motivate, and retain a dedicated team of customer-facing hourly front-line employees while coaching them on customer service and sales strategies. Manage physical assets including repair, maintenance, vendor management, and cleaning standards. Oversee delinquent tenant processes and auctions to reduce delinquency rates and improve retention. Conduct monthly property audits to ensure operational standards and safety compliance. Drive business growth using analytics to identify trends and implement strategies to capitalize on district opportunities. Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain a welcoming environment through effective facility maintenance. Lead an engaged team with effective communication and provide training on company strategies. Occasional travel to other markets for support is required during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- Relocation: future relocation ability is very important for growth. Successful applicants will have the ability to relocate for lateral and promotional opportunities.
- 6 work weekends (Saturday or Sunday, not both) per year required during peak season
- Occasional travel required to other markets for support
