Job Summary
District Manager role leading a multi-site DashMart operation. Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team (4+ site-level managers and 30+ indirect reports), onsite day-to-day operations across 4-6 DashMart locations, driving market metric performance (quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, profitability), and executing process-improvement pilots with cross-functional teams. Emphasis on ownership mentality, change management, driving customer experience, and leveraging data to inform decisions. Requires 3+ years in operations/retail/warehousing or related field, experience leading 15+ employees, ability to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays, and strong Excel/data-analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field
- Led & managed teams of 15+ employees and/or multi-locations
- Analytical with Excel / data analysis skills
