Job Summary
Lead and develop Site Managers to deliver strong, consistent results across multiple high-volume locations. Drive sales performance with a focus on membership growth, conversion rates, and guest engagement while managing district-level budgets for labor and operating costs. Conduct regular site visits to coach teams, inspect operations, and take immediate action to correct underperformance. Ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with equipment and facility standards. Resolve guest issues quickly to protect the brand while executing company initiatives and marketing strategies. Requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varied schedules, including peak business days.
