Job Summary
Oversee daily district operations for Mo' Bettahs restaurants in Northern Utah and South East Idaho, mentoring and leading a team of General Managers. Drive same-store sales growth, improve guest experience, and execute strategic plans for team development, deployment, and people growth. Serve as the primary contact for all business operations within the district, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role requires driving or traveling by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes and includes a company vehicle. Compensation starts at $75k-$90k with bonuses up to $36k/year.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills

- Adaptable to new processes and systems
- Must be able to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly)
- Required to ascend and descend stairs
