Job Summary
Drive district sales and financial results by meeting established objectives in sales, store contribution, KPIs, expenses, and general profit and loss. Conduct weekly reviews of store metrics for athlete satisfaction, teammate experience, and performance while monitoring competitors and market trends. Empower Store Managers to execute selling strategies through hands-on coaching, development, and two-way feedback across the Metro New York district. Build a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse talent, implementing succession plans, and ensuring consistent execution of merchandising standards. Collaborate with field and corporate partners to remove roadblocks and drive engagement in local communities.

- 5-7 years of experience
- 5+ years District Manager experience
