Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or a related industry
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable using email, mobile apps, and operational software
