Job Summary
The District Manager oversees several restaurants, ensuring they meet sales goals and comply with operational standards and laws. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers, evaluating operational compliance through site visits, analyzing sales and budget reports, and addressing guest and employee issues. Ideal candidates will have significant leadership experience, including a high school diploma or equivalent, a preferred BA/BS degree, and certifications like ServSafe. Management responsibilities include hiring, training, and preparing team members for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) plus years prior General Management experience required
- Three plus years QSR experience as a District Manager preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Current ServSafe certification
- Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- Compliance with all local Health Department requirements
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Track record of success in leading, managing, coaching, and developing high-performance teams
