Job Summary
Oversee three parks in the Atlanta market, including Plaza Fiesta, Marietta, and Rivermont, by managing daily operations, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards. Lead and develop a team of Park Managers and staff through performance evaluations, training initiatives, and disciplinary actions while building reliable coverage plans. Drive revenue and profit targets through strategic planning, vendor management, and the implementation of best practices for customer service and facility maintenance. Prepare and audit employee schedules, approve time off, and oversee opening and closing procedures via remote access.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and customer service
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Experience in developing Performance Improvement Plans and Action Plans
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software
- Proven experience in a single-unit role
- Leadership skills

- Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music
