Job Summary
District Manager responsible for overseeing multiple high-end catering accounts in Manhattan, Westchester, and CT, with an emphasis on both off-premise and on-premise luxury events. Leads planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the district, ensures policy compliance, provides guidance to food service directors and area managers, and drives achievement of operational and financial goals across multiple units. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, financial acumen, proficiency in Excel, ServSafe certification, and prior multi-unit management experience in a high-end hospitality setting. Must reside within commuting distance to NYC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities
- Experience in multi-unit management and high-volume settings
- Contract management experience (nice-to-have)
