Job Summary
Manage and coach a team of store managers remotely, visiting stores frequently to ensure routines and concepts are executed correctly. Develop strong plans for KPI achievement, train managers in recruitment and leadership, and resolve operational problems as they arise. Maintain a cool head in stressful situations while prioritizing tasks on a busy day to guarantee good coverage across your district. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a company car, and laptop. Salary ranges from €4,000 to €5,000 gross monthly, with a quarterly bonus up to one month's pay.
