Job Summary
Lead district operations by partnering with General Managers to ensure restaurants comply with local regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company profitability targets. Direct staff training on business plans, progressive discipline, and personal development while coaching managers on performance issues and recruitment. Maintain strict operational standards by ensuring Theoretical to Actual COGS variance stays under 1% and labor standards remain within 2% variance. Continually evaluate performance, recruit candidates, and identify solutions to create efficiency. Represent the brand professionally while bringing problems to supervisors for support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- 18+ years old
- Restaurant industry experience
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
